Jamie Taub’s practice encompasses general corporate and intellectual property counseling relating to all aspects of business, including business formation, organizational and governing documents, mergers and acquisitions, equity purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements, financing agreements, software licensing agreements, distribution and supply agreements, vendor agreements, services agreements, sweepstakes rules, employment and consulting agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.
In addition to advising on day-to-day general corporate issues, Jamie counsels clients on a variety of intellectual property issues affecting their business operations and transactions, including the selection, adoption and use of trademarks, domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, domestic copyright prosecution, and trademark and copyright portfolio management. He also has experience in inter party matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Jamie was repeatedly selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars® list, featured in New Jersey Monthly magazine, in the field of intellectual property law.
Jamie served as a law intern to the Honorable Travis L. Francis, New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Middlesex County. He was also an assistant to John Podesta, Chief of Staff to President William J. Clinton, in The White House in 2000.
