John M. Clyne, Jr. brings his years of experience to Schenck Price’s Estate, Gift and Charitable Planning Practice Group, as well as the Tax Planning Practice Group. Clyne’s legal experience includes advising clients in estate and tax mitigation planning, counseling on compensation planning, and representing estates, trusts, and beneficiaries. John focuses on taxation, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, wills and probates, estates and trust, real estate, and corporate and small business law.
John is a Certified Public Accountant and was a former adjunct Professor of Taxation at Seton Hall University’s M.S. in Tax Program. Prior to joining Schenck Price, John was a Founder and Partner at his law offices, as well as a Senior Associate and Tax Consultant.
