• Catherine P. O’Hern is a litigation associate in Schenck Price’s Professional Liability Practice Group who has substantial experience in medical malpractice defense, civil litigation, insurance defense, third-party liability, and appellate matters. Previously she was associated with a New York City law firm.  Following law school, Catherine was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. She has had experience as a judicial intern and mediator with the NJ Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs, ADR and the Morris County Superior Court.

    Prior to attending law school, Catherine was a marketing representative, designing and supervising the installation of proprietary software solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
