•  Georgia D. Reid is an Associate in Schenck Price’s Litigation Practice Group, where she concentrates her practice on defense of matters involving construction law, product liability, and premises liability. She has several years of litigation experience from both regional and national law firms, where she represented clients in complex civil matters in both state and federal courts.  Prior to joining Schenck Price, Georgia most recently served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office where she handled vertical prosecution of criminal offenses in Superior Court, managed the civil forfeiture docket, and received intensive trial advocacy training. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Tober, P.J.Cr. and the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., J.S.C. (ret.), in Somerset County, New Jersey.

    Georgia earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Touro Law Center, completing her degree in just two years. During law school, she served as Online Editor of the Touro Law Review and was President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund chapter. She also gained hands-on experience through externships with the Suffolk County Planning Commission (Environmental Division), the Empowerment Collaborative of Long Island (advocating for survivors of human trafficking), and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York (Long Island).

    Before beginning her legal career, Georgia worked as a writer and researcher across the marketing, hospitality, and education sectors.

    She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
