Joseph M. Freda’s practice is concentrated in the areas of medical malpractice and professional liability, with prior experience in the field of family law.
New Jersey is Joe's home base, and he regularly appears throughout New Jersey. An experienced trial attorney, Joe is particularly active in Morris, Somerset, Bergen, Union, Essex, and Middlesex, counties, and possesses an intimate knowledge of those courts and opposing counsel.
Joe is actively involved in his local Morris County community. He devotes substantial time supporting "Barbells for Boobs," a non-profit organization dedicated to the early detection of breast cancer in women under the age of 40. Joe is also passionate about helping our veterans and their families. He has been involved with the Seven Stars Foundation, Inc., an organization that raises funds to send children of fallen and wounded military personnel to Camp Whittle in Big Bear Valley where they can continue the healing process. In addition, Joe continues to be actively involved with the fundraising efforts of the Yellow Ribbon Fund's TUF Campaign, whose mission is to support and encourage wounded veterans to "Take Up Fitness' to bolster their efforts to fight depression, addiction and other pitfalls among our injured or ill military veterans.
