    Noah Shier is Counsel in the firm’s Corporate and Business Law Practice Group, as well as the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Noah focuses on mergers and acquisitions; post-closing integration; corporate structure issues; due diligence; entity formation; corporate governance; and other commercial agreements and transactions. In addition, he regularly addresses licensing, cybersecurity and data privacy matters in a variety of industries.

    Noah previously worked in the technology and intellectual property transactions department of two New York law firms, handling an array of complex matters for public and private fintech, information technology and healthcare technology entities. His practice included a particular emphasis on intellectual property and technology issues.

    Noah holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management Systems from Columbia University in the City of New York. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a reliability engineer for Hasbro, Inc. for a number of years.
