Valerie Vladyka was a speaker on the program "Risk Management and Insurance Considerations in Commecial Transactions," at the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting, May 19 in Atlantic City.  The program is co-sponsored by the Insurance Law Section and the Environmental Law Section.
