SPSK is pleased to announce that the SPSK Land Use Practice Group secured approval from Andover Township for the new Pequest Village at Andover Township.

Managing Partner John E. Ursin, Esq. led this project, which is the second approval under Andover Township’s Abbey redevelopment plan. The plan provided the framework for thoughtful development at the Abbey to create multiple uses benefiting the community, a large number of construction jobs, substantial future tax revenue and a spectrum of needed residential units.  Andover Township deserves credit for working with the property owner and developer on this project, which will serve as a catalyst for economic development on the entire Route 206 corridor.
