Partner Shirley Berger Whitenack gave two presentations at Stetson Law School’s 2023 National Conference on Special Needs Planning and Special Needs Trusts. On October 18, Shirley co-presented “Home and Vehicle Ownership by a Trust” during the Pooled Trusts Intensive program. On October 19, Shirley presented “Estate Planning for Families Who Have Loved Ones with Special Needs.” Shirley joined nationally recognized speakers for three days of programs to cover the creation, administration, and planning of special needs trusts.
