Gary F. Werner, Partner, has been named to The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Construction Law for the sixth year in a row.  Gary is a co-chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group. His practice covers complex commercial litigation as well as all areas of construction law including the pre-bid process, public bidding disputes, contract negotiation, construction liens, labor issues, and OSHA claims. Gary counsels clients in the construction phase to avoid claims.

Shirley B.
