Schenck, Price, Smith & King's Community Association Practice Group was pleased to participate in the recent Board Member Orientation Program hosted by Rossmoor Community Association, Inc. for the leaders of its 18 community associations.  Attorneys Arnold J. Calabrese, Michael A. Calabrese, and Shane Warmington presented on board member fiduciary duties, governance, ethical responsibilities, and best practices for effective community leadership.
