~  Michael DeMarco Named COO/CFO of 112 Year Old Law Firm ~

Florham Park, NJ - Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP announced Michael DeMarco has joined the firm as its new COO/CFO effective Tuesday, August 6. 

As the Firm’s COO/CFO, DeMarco will provide strategic operational and financial leadership, including Finance, Human Resources,  IT and Marketing. DeMarco brings over 30 years of experience as an accomplished operational and financial executive, spanning various private and public companies. DeMarco began his career with Ernst & Young.

DeMarco graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and holds a CPA certification.   He resides in Midland Park, New Jersey with his wife, Beth Anne, and two children.
