Schenck Price Launches Community Association Practice Group with Addition of Arnold J. Calabrese and Michael A. Calabrese

Calabrese, counsel, have joined the firm to lead the new Community Association Practice Group, covering New Jersey condominium associations, Homeowner Associations (HOAs), and cooperatives.”

Arnold J. Calabrese is widely recognized as one of New Jersey's leading community association attorneys. Over the course of 40 years, he has represented hundreds of community associations throughout New Jersey, advising boards of trustees and community association managers on governance, regulatory compliance, fiduciary responsibilities, and the increasingly complex legal issues facing community associations, and successfully handled complex construction defect and developer transition litigations. He has recovered more than $60 million for community association clients, resolved more than 45 developer transition matters, and has helped establish significant appellate precedent protecting the rights of New Jersey community associations.

Michael A. Calabrese has built his practice representing  condominium associations, homeowners associations (HOAs), cooperatives, and planned communities throughout New Jersey. His work focuses on helping boards navigate governance, governing document interpretation and amendments, elections, contract negotiations, covenant enforcement, fair housing issues, regulatory compliance, collections, and dispute resolution (ADR).
