Ryan Windels secured his first land use approval since recently joining SPSK. The Hampton Township Planning Board provided final approval of a new Wawa gas station and convenience store on Route 206. This result followed a long approval process, where SPSK partnered with Debra Nicholson, Esq., who was retiring.  This was Ryan’s first successful planning board meeting, but it will not be his last.
