Associate Ryan Gallagher spoke at CIANJ’S NJDEP Regulatory Update on August 1. Ryan presented “Environmental Justice Update – What You Need to Know” and discussed the fundamentals of Environmental Justice, how it is being implemented, and what steps must be taken when seeking permits/renewals for businesses.

The program agenda also included a New Jersey Flood Hazard Rule Update, as well as a general discussion of various topics, including NRD, Emerging Contaminants, Dirty Dirt (A901), and Energy/Climate Change.
