On September 9, 2025, Meredith L. Grocott was a panelist on the topic of “Due Process, Protections, and Ethical Considerations in Guardianships” for NJICLE. This presentation explored the legal and ethical responsibilities of attorneys in New Jersey guardianship proceedings as well as covering key aspects of due process under both court rules and statutes.
