On June 2, 2025, Marc Zitomer presented, “Student Disciplinary Proceedings,” at the NJICLE: School Law for the Non-School Lawyer conference. His session explored the parameters of student discipline under New Jersey law including but not limited to the grounds for student discipline, code of conduct policies, student due process rights, the rights of schools to discipline pupils for off-campus conduct and for conduct on social media, among a myriad of other issues and cases expounding on these important topics.
