Ursin, Esq, and Associate Ryan Windels, Esq. secured a significant land use approval for Westview Group.  Abbey Parc will be 107-unit age restricted apartment building.  This will be a first-class building with upscale design, building materials and amenities.  The outdoor area will provide residents with a park-like atmosphere.  The building will be the first building in Sussex County with a doorman.  This is the third approval under the Andover Township’s Abbey Redevelopment Plan with at least one more in the future.  We want to thank Andover Township, the Planning Board and their professionals for their vision and business friendly approach.  The redevelopment zone succeeded in attracting $100MM+ in investment in an area of the Township along a state highway that has been neglected and underdeveloped for decades.
