Jason A. Rubin and Jason J. Waldstein represented Elettrotek Kabel North America, a subsidiary of the EK Group, in the acquisition of Super-Temp Wire and Cable, Inc.  The acquisition of Super-Temp Wire and Cable, Inc. was an expansion of Elettrotek Kabel North America’s physical footprint and EK Group’s Aerospace & Defense division in the high-technology military and aerospace market.  The transaction involved the purchase of Super-Temp Wire and Cable Inc. and all of its assets, including a 27,600 SF industrial facility in South Burlington, VT.
