Valerie Vladyka was a panelist in a program, “Business Law Essentials,” presented by the Bergen County Professional Women’s Network on April 5, at Savini, in Allendale, NJ.  The program included practical takeaways about the rights and responsibilities of New Jersey employers, managers and employees; what exactly is intellectual property; strategies for keeping a company out of litigation; and how to protect a company with the right insurance.
