On January 19, 2026,  Litigation Department Chair, Eric Inglis, presented a seminar entitled, “Big Verdicts for Little Plaintiffs,” at the Gavel National Conference X, held in Sea Island, Georgia.  The seminar, which was presented to claims professionals and defense attorneys from throughout the country, addressed the unique challenges and issues presented when defending substantial personal injury claims brought by infant-plaintiffs.
