• Daniel M. Brownstein is part of Schenck Price's Estate, Gift and Charitable Planning and Tax Planning Practice Groups. Daniel has experience in estate planning and administration, and commercial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and financings.

    Daniel previously worked for KPMG, Princeton University and was a Controller for a financial services company. Daniel was a former Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan Devlin Scott in Pennsylvania. Daniel is a Certified Public Accountant, as well.
