    We are seeking a partner or counsel level Trusts and Estates lawyer to complement our existing Tax and Trusts and Estates practice group. The preferred candidate should have (10) ten or more years’ experience, portable business with an interest in growing that business, and a multi-faceted planning and administration practice encompassing all aspects of estate, charitable, asset preservation, business succession, elder, and special needs planning.

    Environmental Associate Attorney 

    We are seeking an environmental associate with 3-7 years’ experience in environmental compliance and environmental-related litigation matters at the federal, state, and local levels, with a focus on compliance counseling, site remediation cost recovery strategy, and related litigation, transactional due diligence, and contract/agreement drafting. Experience representing clients before regulatory agencies, including the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the Environmental Protection Agency, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation, and the New York Department of Health, is desired. The successful candidate should be a member in good standing of the New Jersey and New York Bar.

    Corporate Associate Attorney

    Corporate associate with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, governance and structuring, stock and asset transactions, secured financing transactions, general corporate transactional work, contract drafting and review, and a basic background in SEC qualified investor rules. The candidate must have excellent skills in writing and oral communications, issue analysis and knowledge of the relevant statutory and procedural issues.  The candidate must be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar. New York and Delaware admissions and experience a plus. The successful candidate should be a member in good standing of the New Jersey and New York Bar.

    Trial Attorney

    We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in trying insurance defense cases involving automobile, No-Fault (PIP), and general liability claims from inception to verdict. The candidate must be in good standing of the New Jersey Bar. New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar admission is a plus but not necessary.
