    Mid-Level Healthcare Attorney


    Schenck Price is seeking a Mid-Level Healthcare Attorney to join its dynamic team. This position requires a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in healthcare law, with a proven track record in handling a wide range of industry-specific legal matters.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide counsel on fraud and abuse, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Serve as lead attorney on health care mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
    • Manage reimbursement matters, including billing audit and reimbursement dispute work.
    • Examine and negotiate managed care contracts.
    • Address medical staff issues, providing guidance and support, as needed.
    • Navigate state and federal regulatory matters for healthcare providers, including professional licensing board matters and compliance investigations.

    Qualifications:
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in healthcare law.
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calm.

    Environmental Associate


    Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking an associate for our Environmental Department with three (3) to seven (7) years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in environmental compliance and litigation at federal, state, and local levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide compliance counseling to ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
    • Develop strategies for side remediation cost recovery and manage related litigation.
    • Conduct transactional due diligence to assess environmental liabilities.
    • Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with environmental considerations.

    Qualifications:
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar (preferred) and New York State Bar.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated experience representing clients before key regulatory bodies such as the NJ Department of Environmental Protection, EPA, NY Department of Environmental Conservation, and NY Department of Health.

    Litigation Associate – Professional Liability and Complex Commercial


    Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking an associate for our Litigation Department with three (3) to six (6) years’ experience in professional liability or complex commercial cases. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in writing and oral communications and have significant experience in all aspects of trial advocacy (depositions, motions, and orders to show cause). The candidate must possess bona fide professional liability or complex commercial litigation experience. The candidate must be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.     Tax and Trust and Estates Associate Attorney


    We are actively seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join our multi-faceted Tax and Trusts and Estates Practice Group, including a robust elder and special needs law practice. Candidates should have 2+ years of trusts and estates experience, and a particular focus in all aspects of elder, special needs, and long-term care planning.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, be a self-starter and detailed-oriented and display strong communication and interpersonal skills. New Jersey Bar admission is required and New York Bar admission is a plus.
