Carly M. Clinton Graduates From Morris County Chamber of Commerce's 2023 LEAD Morris Program

Congratulations to Schenck Price Associate Carly M. Clinton who graduated from the Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s 2023 LEAD Morris program. Carly celebrated this accomplishment alongside her fellow LEAD Morris classmates at a reception at The Mansion at Mountain Lakes on December 13.

The LEAD Morris program selects business professionals whose business acumen and community consciousness will help to make a difference in Morris County. This year-long program introduces the class to opportunities and challenges in Morris County through “in the field” sessions at various Morris County establishments, including the county jail, hospitals, County College of Morris, several environmental sites, and more. In addition to access to local institutions, the Class is provided with opportunities for professional development, community trusteeship, and business networking.

Each member of the class must complete a “Serve Day” project, which involves a nonprofit service organization in Morris County. Carly collaborated with other members of her class to host a day of fun for New Jersey’s Big Brothers Big Sisters program at Picatinny Arsenal’s Frog Falls Aquatic Park. The “Bigs” and “Littles” were able to enjoy a day of swimming and water adventures, as well as learn more about each of the members of the LEAD Morris class and their careers. Following Carly’s involvement with this organization for her project, she applied to become a Big Sister and is looking forward to empowering the younger Morris County community through her mentorship.

“I am so glad I was selected for the 2023 LEAD Morris program and to have had the opportunity to immerse myself in a diverse number of opportunities to learn more about the county where I live and work,” says Carly. “This program introduced me to many key stakeholders throughout New Jersey, and I am delighted to join the LEAD Morris Alumni Association, so that I can continue to establish connections with recognized leaders in Morris County.”
