On October 26, Schenck Price Partner and Chair of the School Law Practice Group, Marc H. Zitomer, will present as a panelist “Ongoing Issues Involving Transgender Students” at the NJSBA’s 2023 Fall School Law Forum in Atlantic City. This presentation will discuss transgender policies for school districts and the litigation filed by the Attorney General against one of Marc’s school board clients for its edits to the policies requiring parental involvement. Marc joins a panel of other school law attorneys who are involved with this issue in various capacities.
