Partner Shirley Berger Whitenack will give two presentations at Stetson Law School’s 2023 National Conference on Special Needs Planning and Special Needs Trusts. On October 18, Shirley will co-present “Home and Vehicle Ownership by a Trust” during the Pooled Trusts Intensive program. On October 19, Shirley will present “Estate Planning for Families Who Have Loved Ones with Special Needs.” Shirley joins nationally recognized speakers for three days of programs to cover the creation, administration, and planning of special needs trusts.
