On September 20, Partner and Co-Chair of the Nonprofit Practice Group Farah N. Ansari presented at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) “Nonprofit Organizations 2023: Governance, Reporting, Compensation, and Ethics” program. Farah presented the segment “Executive Compensation Basics & Developments” and specifically discussed section 4960 of the Internal Revenue Code, the excise tax on Excess Tax-Exempt Organization Executive Compensation.
