Ashley M. Fay has joined Schenck Price's Commercial Real Estate practice group.  She concentrates her practice in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, including drafting and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements and loan documents, performing due diligence and resolving zoning, environmental and other closing issues. She also represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial properties.

Prior to joining Schenck Price, Ashley was associated with a small Bergen County law firm. Her practice focused on real estate transactions and business formations.
