Gary Mazart and Crystal West Edwards were co-moderators the 18th Annual Elder and Disability Law Symposium hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on September 29, 2015 at the  New Jersey Law Center, New Brunswick, New Jersey . Crystal West Edwards co-presented on the topic " Understanding the Affordable Care Act Medicaid Expansion and Special Programs for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities";  Shirley B. Whitenack presented "National Landscape of Elder and Special Needs Law " in her capacity as resident of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and Regina M. Spielberg co-presented “Special Needs Trust Workshop: Planning, Drafting, Administration and Taxation of Special Needs Trusts.”
