• Melanie Andreas is an Associate in Schenck Price’s Litigation Practice Group, where she handles a diverse range of matters involving employment litigation, products liability, probate and estate administration, commercial litigation, and environmental law.
     
    Prior to joining Schenck Price, Melanie was an Associate at a boutique civil litigation firm, where she focused on civil matters, probate and estate administration, and appellate advocacy. After law school, Melanie served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division, where she researched, analyzed, and helped draft opinions on complex civil, criminal, family, and administrative matters. 
     
    Melanie earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University, where she was a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and received the honor of Best Appellee Brief Author. During law school, Melanie clerked at a civil litigation firm in Florham Park, where she researched and prepared memoranda on novel legal issues arising at both the state and federal levels. After her first year of law school, Melanie served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael L. Ravin, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Criminal Part.
