Brenden M. Brower is an Associate in Schenck Price’s School Law Practice Group. He represents and advises public entities on wide-ranging matters related to education, administration, labor and employment, and general civil matters.
Before joining Schenck Price, Brenden served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office. There, aside from prosecuting criminal matters, he advised municipalities, police departments, and affiliated non-profit entities as the appointed Title Four Prosecutor. Earlier in his career, Brenden served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stuart A. Minkowitz, the Assignment Judge for Morris and Sussex Counties.
Brenden earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and a fellow at the Seton Hall Center for Policy and Research. Brenden holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University.
