Kimberly Walsh is Of Counsel in Schenck Price’s Estate, Gift & Charitable Planning Practice Group. Kimberly focuses her practice on assisting individuals and their families in all aspects of Estate Planning & Administration, including Medicaid.
Kimberly is an Associate Professor at the University of Arizona’s Personal and Family Financial Planning Program and has previously taught at Rutgers University School of Law and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly was Of Counsel at a full-service New Jersey Firm, a Fiduciary Market Manager for PNC Private Bank, as well as Senior Counsel at a Morris County firm.
Kimberly has had several senior roles in the New Jersey Court System. She was the first Ombudsman for Morris and Essex counties, as well as being named the Municipal Division manager, overseeing the Morris and Sussex County Municipal Courts. She also was named Assistant Chief of Probation for Morris and Sussex Counties. She also served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable David S. Cramp, Judge Superior Court.
