• Jason T. George, an Associate at Schenck Price, is part of our Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation Groups. Jason is an experienced litigation and transactional attorney, with over 15 years of experience. He manages various litigation and commercial matters and negotiations while counseling on matters such as contract and corporate law issues. Jason works through all phases of litigation through trial and settlement negotiations, from motion practice and oral arguments.

    In his career, Jason has argued motions in State, Federal and Workers’ Comp Court in various matters. He has also worked for insurance defense firms, focusing on bodily injury, no fault coverage, institutional abuse, nursing home/hospital liability, and much more.
