Victoria Faith Isaiah is an Associate in Schenck Price’s Health Care Law Practice Group. Victoria’s practice focuses primarily on representing hospitals, health care institutions, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals in medical malpractice matters.
Prior to joining Schenck Price, Victoria served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Arthur J. Batista, J.S.C., in the Civil and General Equity Divisions of the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County.
Victoria earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, with a certificate in intellectual property law. During law school, she served as a Publication Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and Treasurer of the Association of Black Law Students. Victoria was also a student attorney in the Rutgers Intellectual Property Clinic, where she was authorized to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under attorney supervision. Victoria prepared and filed trademark applications, drafted opinion letters, and advised clients on trademark, copyright, and patent matters.
