Elizabeth L. Binetti

Elizabeth Binetti is an Associate in Schenck Price’s Estate and Trust Litigation and Estate, Gift & Charitable Planning Practice Groups.
 

Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Darren T. DiBiasi, P.J.Ch., in the Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, General Equity Part for the 2025-2026 court term. During her clerkship, Elizabeth gained experience across a variety of matters, including guardianships, estate and trust administration, foreclosures, and emergent applications of all kinds. Elizabeth is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
