Taylor Green is an Associate in Schenck Price’s Litigation Practice Group, where she handles a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation and general insurance defense.
During law school, Taylor served as a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and as a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board. She also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Michael A. Hammer, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and as a legal extern in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. In 2024, Taylor was also a summer associate at Schenck Price.
During her final year of law school, Taylor participated in the Criminal Defense and Community Advocacy Clinic, where she represented juvenile clients in delinquency proceedings under attorney supervision. Her clinic team received the Clinical Legal Education Association’s Outstanding Clinic Team Award. Taylor also received the Best Oral Advocate Award for the Appellant in her Appellate Advocacy course.
After graduating, Taylor served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Jennifer McAndrew Vuotto.
