Daniel Santarsiero is a Partner in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. His practice involves counseling and litigation in connection with various types of labor and employment matters including discrimination claims, sexual harassment claims, breach of contract, whistleblower, public policy and employment-at-will claims, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters and business torts. He also provides advice concerning company policies and procedures, training of employees and performs internal corporate investigations and review and negotiation of severance agreements. Daniel also has experience representing public sector clients at the state and local level and has represented municipalities, independent authorities in connection with matters before the Public Employment Relations Commission (“PERC”). He has experience in collective bargaining and has represented management in labor negotiations. In addition, Daniel represents clients in general corporate and commercial litigation and has experience handling general litigation matters.
Daniel is a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable John J. Coyle, Jr., J.S.C., for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division-Civil Part, Vicinage Thirteen.
