Elaine M. Cohen is Counsel in Schenck Price’s Corporate & Business Law Practice Group as well as the Estate, Gift & Charitable Planning Practice Group. Elaine is experienced in all facets of business transactions, as well as complex business planning and document preparation for high-net-worth clients and businesses. Elaine has closed multi-million-dollar M&A transactions, successfully negotiated asset and stock purchase agreements, executive employment, licensing, operating and stockholder agreements, commercial lease agreements and counseled clients for creative issue resolution and provided guidance on business succession planning.
Prior to joining Schenck Price, Elaine was a Partner in a Morris County firm, and an Associate for a Monmouth County firm. Elaine was a clerk for the Honorable Leonard N. Arnold P.J. Cr. Superior Court Law Clerk.
