Anthony L. Bush is an Associate in Schenck Price’s Litigation Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Schenck Price, Anthony served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County, New Jersey, and as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. In those roles, he managed a high-volume felony caseload and handled all phases of litigation, including motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation. He regularly argued motions before the Superior Court of New Jersey, presented cases to grand juries, and collaborated with law enforcement and forensic experts in the investigation and prosecution of complex criminal matters.
Anthony also has experience in civil litigation, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery, and developing case strategies in matters involving liability and complex legal issues.
Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and his Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology & Informatics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
