• Gillian Anne Fisher is Counsel in Schenck Price’s Health Care Practice Group. Ms. Fisher has three decades of experience in civil litigation, including medical malpractice, nursing home liability, complex general liability, and negligence cases on behalf of school districts, including claims related to allegations of abuse under the Child Victims Act. Ms. Fisher has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and guided hundreds of matters through all stages of litigation, including trials, to achieve the best results for clients. At her former firm, Ms. Fisher recently obtained a highly successful result in a CVA trial. 
     
    Over the years, Ms. Fisher has conducted numerous continuing education seminars for insurance companies and legal associations on a wide range of litigation and case management topics.
     
    Prior to law school, she was a competitive figure skater and, thereafter, a figure skating coach certified by the Professional Skaters Guild of America. Since 2003, she has served as a United States Figure Skating Association judge and mostly enjoys judging local skating competitions, including the Special Olympics. 
     
    Ms. Fisher actively volunteers in numerous local community organizations, enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
