Dominic Leone joined Schenck Price’s Corporate and Business Law practice in 2021. Previously, he was a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, serving in the Department of Law – Financial Affairs and State Contracting. In this position, he provided counsel and representation to various agencies and certain divisions within the Department of the Treasury, including the Division of Purchase and Property, the Division of Investment, Division of Public Finance, Division of Pensions and Benefits, and offices including the Office of Information Technology. His representation focused on complex contracting, dealing with diverse underlying technologies, business litigation, and alternative investments.
Prior to joining the Office of the Attorney General, Dominic was an Extern Law Clerk with the Honorable Noel L. Hillman of the United States District Court of New Jersey, a Teaching Assistant and Senior Associate with the Entrepreneurship Clinic at Rutgers Law, and a Summer Associate at both Capehart & Scatchard and the West Virginia University Office of Technology Transfer. He also served as a Research Assistant for an internationally renowned leader in compliance and was an extern with the Rowan University Office of Technology Commercialization.
