On March 14, 2023, Marc Zitomer, Esq., Chair of the Firm’s School Law Practice Group, argued an important case before the New Jersey Supreme Court about the interpretation of New Jersey’s Tenure laws. Marc was assisted in the case by Associate Christopher Sedefian, Esq. The Supreme Court only hears a very small percentage of cases which are appealed and did so in this case because of the significant issues of public importance involved. A decision is expected in the coming months.
