David B. Bailen is a new associate in our Health Care Law Practice Group. David focuses his practice on representing a variety of health care providers, with respect to their corporate, transactional and regulatory needs. David previously served as a Staff Attorney with Essex-Newark Legal Services, where he represented or advised nearly 500 clients in matters involving the Society Security Administration and other health care legal issues.

Erica G. Litvak joins the Firm's Professional Liability, Health Care Law and Insurance Defense Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on the representation of doctors, nurses, hospitals and private medical groups in malpractice litigation.
