Matthew Parker has joined Schenck Price's Litigation Department as an associate. While Matt’s practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, he also provides representation to clients in employment litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage and professional liability matters.

Matt has experience representing a variety of clients, including large multinational corporations, prominent small businesses and local government entities. Matt has provided representation to clients who operate in the insurance, construction, transportation and healthcare industries on matters including the enforcement of arbitration provisions, prosecuting breach of contract actions, defending against employment discrimination claims and opposing claims for defense and indemnifciation. In addition to vigorously litigating on his clients' behalf, Matt also counsels clients on legal issues, and assists in creating and implementing effective strategies and solutions to avoid disputes from arising.
