Michael J. Marotte, Co-Chair of the Insurance Law Practice Group, presented an insurance law seminar on March 22 for insurance professionals explaining the statutory, administrative law and legal requirements for good faith claims handling and insurance coverage review.

Valerie A. Vladyka, member of the Insurance Law Practice Group and Vice-Chair of the Insurance Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, also presented on the statutory and regulatory requirements of the Insurance Trade Practices Act and Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act.
