Tom, who graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2013 and joined the Firm following a clerkship at New Jersey’s Appellate Division, is a commercial litigator, representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes litigations.  He represents clients in industries that include construction, real estate, marketing, insurance and entertainment.  He guides those clients through all types of disputes, including non-compete/non-solicitation injunctions, class actions, government enforcement, fraud claims, whistleblower allegations, malpractice lawsuits and bankruptcy.  Tom advocates in state and federal courts at every level in New Jersey and New York, from trial level to intermediate appeals to the New Jersey Supreme Court, and serves as national counsel for clients wherever else they might litigate.

Since 2016, Tom has been selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list, and he was also listed among the “Ones to Watch” by The Best Lawyers in American in Professional Malpractice Law in 2021 and 2022.

Says Managing Partner Gary Werner, “Tom is an outstanding attorney who will make a tremendous addition to our partnership. He has demonstrated the technical legal skills, devotion to our clients,  and personal commitment to our law firm that warrants this recognition.”
