Three New Counsel Named

Schenck Price is pleased to announce that the Firm has promoted three associates to the position of counsel: Erica Speier Berman, Dana K. Ferrera and Benjamin A. Hooper.

Erica Speier Berman focuses her practice on complex litigation, representing corporations, private businesses and individuals in commercial disputes. Erica also has experience with insurance defense, professional liability and malpractice matters, and employment litigation. Her trial experience includes complex matters of various types in both federal and state courts.

Dana K. Ferrera has nearly two decades of experience litigating a wide variety of complex commercial matters on behalf of major corporations and sophisticated corporate clients. She has practiced in both federal and state courts, as well as extensively engaged in the alternative dispute resolution process before the American Arbitration Association and various other tribunals.

Benjamin Hooper has significant experience defending health care clients in complex, multi-party civil ligation throughout the state of New Jersey. He concentrates his practice on defending a broad array of individual health care professionals, as well as hospitals, community residences for individuals with developmental disabilities, surgery centers, practices and other health care entities from claims of malpractice. Benjamin has experience defending clients at all stages of litigation, including on appeal, and frequently advocates for clients before the courts.
