Cynthia Flanagan and Joseph Maddaloni, Co-Chairs of Schenck Price’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, presented a legal breakfast, “New Jersey Employment Law Update,” to the members of the Morris County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at the Park Avenue Club on December 12.  They discussed recent legislative and regulatory developments, including the proposed Independent Contractor legislation, Transit Benefit law, and the New Jersey Anti-Wage Theft Law, and the serious impact these laws and others will have on New Jersey employers.
