Special Education Law From A to Z 2017
Joanne Butler and Katherine Gilfillan were presenters at the NBI seminar Special Education Law From A to Z on February 22-23, 2017 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Newark, NJ. Ms. Butler spoke about "Evaluation and Eligibility for Special Education Services" and "Developing and Implementing Defensible IEPs". Ms. Gilfillan spoke about "Unraveling Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) Complexities" and "Essential Components of a 504 Plan".
