Special Education Law Update 2019

Lauren Mechaly is on the faculty of “Special Education Law Update 2019,” a New York State Bar Association program on October 4, at the Convene Conference Center, 810 Seventh Avenue in New York.  She will be speaking about special needs planning.  The program is intended for special education law practitioners and attorneys representing children and families who become involved in the special education system.  The program is sponsored by the Committee on Disability Rights, the Committee on Children and the Law, the Family Law Section, the Elder Law and Special needs Section and the Committee on Continuing Legal Education.  Topics will include:
